NEW PATIENTS

An adult's initial visit lasts approximately one hour.  You will receive a comprehensive dental examination. Photographs and any necessary x-rays will be taken. Also, periodontal and oral cancer screenings will be performed.  Please note that a cleaning is not done at the initial visit.

A child's initial visit consists of an examination, a cleaning and when necessary, a fluoride treatment and/or X-rays.

A dental emergency can occur at any time, and we want to assure you that we will respond to your problem promptly.  We ask that you notify us as early in the day as possible.  This will enable us to have you come in when we can give you the prompt, personal attention you require.

If you call after hours, our voice mail system will give you the phone number for our answering service.  Give the operator at the service your name and number and a doctor will call you back as quickly as possible.  There is always a doctor on call when the office is closed.

Please do not leave messages regarding appointments or billing with the answering service.  Instead, leave those messages on the voice mail system.

Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements administrator can be arranged to discuss your insurance coverage and appropriate financial arrangements. We will gladly assist you in obtaining your dental insurance benefits.  Whenever possible, your claims will be submitted electronically.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.  Financing is also available

Our regular office hours are Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 8AM to 5PM, and Tuesday and Thursday: 8AM to 8:30PM.

We are conveniently located at the Oxford Valley Mall, directly across from the TGI Friday's and Bertucci's restaurants.  You may reach us easily from nearby Interstate 95 and Route 1.  Please call for directions or see our MAP below.
